Yo check this Wax by "Zartan" dropped on "Step To This Records"! Im not sure about the release date, but it sounds like 97-98.....at the first Time i heard "Time Up" i thought OMG what a DOPE Track the Beat comes really smooth and i like the Tune for real! I don´t have anymore Informations about Zartan.....Anyone???
